We’ve developed a streamlined, practical set of tools for you that align with BoardConnect trainings and current best practices within the nonprofit sector.

Documents are updated annually, or when significant changes are made to laws and regulations governing nonprofit organizations. The Board Room is for board governance only and is not intended to be a complete repository of all guidance a nonprofit might need to conduct business.
